In network with Aetna.
United Healthcare, Multiplan, BCBS, Anthem and Cigna must receive pre-approval online through Lactation Network. You and I will receive an email notification to confirm 100% coverage.

For Out of Network, payment is due prior to visit. Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours notice. You will receive a Superbill receipt after the visit that you can use to seek insurance reimbursement. No guarantees are made for insurance reimbursement. For specific coverage details, call your insurance provider.
