Service Description

This class reviews the stages of labor, what to expect when labor begins, coping and pain management tools at the birth center, delivery of the placenta and the golden hour after birth. We will touch upon transfers to the hospital. There will also be hands on teaching and practice as well as plenty of time to ask questions
